I went to my monthly dr. appt. and weighed in at 204.4, so I lost 1.2 puonds in 2 days and have reached the halfway point of this diet! YAY!! I started on Saturday, December 12, so tomorrow will be 3 months. Saturday will be exactly 13 weeks, so I'm on track for the 3 pounds/week a female is supposed to lose.
He said he was glad I failed to give blood on Saturday (even though I passed the iron at 13.0 vs. the 12.5 needed, they couldn't get it to come out) because it would be too much of a burden on my system. He said it had never come up in the 6 years he's been doing this diet, so he hadn't thought about putting it in the materials.

Yay for being halfway done!!! How's the cheat-free part going? Like Chris said, you'll get to eat all that turkey again soon. I'm surprised you passed the iron test. I guess that powder really is nutritious.
