Total loss 56.6

Yesterday I posted a 2.0 loss, so I'm now at 188.6. OK for only 5 days. I made an appointment with Leigh the trainer for May 29, which was as soon as I could get in, for an upper body workout demo and plan, not that I've been doing the lower body one she gave me a few weeks back. I went to Target and bought an exercise mat, but didn't make use of it last night. I hope tonight. I did ride Adrienne's exercise bike for 15 minutes.

    I don't know about that exercise mat. I think you'd have better compliance if you could incorporate the exercise into something you already do or would like to do with others on a weekly basis. Try walking around the dog park? Park farther from your office door? Join some sort of club that involves moving around. You could start a prayer meeting group that walks around a park whilst praying. Walking meditation was part of the Zen group I once attended--although we walked at a very slow pace.

  2. My hope is that the club of divorced sisters will exercise each evening. While one is on the bicycle, the other will be on the mat.
