Total loss 73.2

I weighed 172.0 today, a loss of 4.2 since last Tuesday. The look of that chicken neck skin is really annoying me.

    Wowzie wow wow!! Forget the chicken skin and congratulate yourself on the consistent weight loss. It is an amazing feat and one you should be very proud of. I'm proud of you.

    I can't believe you are only 7 pounds away from your goal! I'm looking forward to seeing that chicken neck skin. It sounds fascinating. I guess I might not see you until Costa Rica?
