Total loss 57.2

So, yeah, only .6 of a pound in a week, at the Tuesday, April 27, 2010 weigh-in.

  3. My plan is to use the bike every night for 15 minutes and I prolly do so every other night. The mat I have used once, for crunches, although I intend to do that every other night. Last night I had my fitness appointment for upper body and it was much more painful than the lower body one, which I was not expecting. To continue most of the things she demonstrated, I have to get down into the basement and clean up that machine down there.

    Do you remember my (to me, very memorable) starting measurements: 50-50-53? I had those taken last night and got 44-40-47.

    Go, Carol! You have a reasonable, achievable plan for those 15-minutes every night, alternating on the bike/mat. I need me a good plan like that, plus your willpower.
