Total loss 75.8
I lost 3.4 and weigh 169.4. Got my instructions for adding 4 ounces of chicken, fish, or turkey per day for the next 1 week. They call adapting 8 weeks, but it's really only 5. The last 4 weeks are all the same - you're on 0 shakes. It goes 3, 2, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0. Then, you're on sustaining for 8 weeks and that's where you can have 1 shake a day if you choose and you have to be weighed every week. After that, there's some type of lifelong sustaining where you have to be weighed every 3 months.

ReplyDeleteBig loss for your last week before adapting! Are you on mesquite turkey now? I like how I get to learn new words like spritely here. I was just going to say that you looked thin over the weekend.
